This website is to be used solely for your own personal use. All images and content remain the property of Elements Beauty, you may only cope or print content for personal use. It is prohibited to reproduce or modify this content without written permission.

PURCHASING

All products and services listed on www.elementsbeauty.me are subject to availability. An order made via our website is a request to purchase the selected product or services from this website. All communication will be addressed to the email address you supply when you order. Once an order is completed we will send an email to confirm that we have received your order, a second email will be sent once your order has been dispatched.

DELIVERY CHARGES

We deliver products to you via Royal Mail 1st Class at a flat rate of £2.50 per order. Your purchase will be dispatched within 2-3 working days of confirmed payment. Please note all products are delivered to UK addresses only. Products will be delivered to the address you provide during the checkout process. 

PAYMENT

 Payment is made via PayPal. A PayPal account is not required to complete the payment, as this service also accepts Debit & Credit Card payments. Upon receipt of payment, your order will be dispatched within 2-3 working days. A full cost breakdown is provided in your cart during checkout for all items ordered, including the delivery charge. If we discover a discrepancy with product or service pricing, we will not be liable to supply the product to you at the listed price. In this instance, we will notify you of the error, and give you the opportunity to cancel the order before it is dispatched and a full refund will be provided. If you confirm the order once we've notified you of the price change, the correct cost will be applied to your order. 

LIABILITY

The products and services listed and supplied on this website have been selected as we believe they are of the highest quality. In rare circumstances adverse reactions can occur. If you experience an allergic reaction to a product or service purchased via this website this is deemed beyond our control. Therefore the company Elements Beauty and owner of this website cannot be held responsible in any way. We do not accept liability for any loss or damage that you suffer as a result of using this website.
