Hello Autumn
As I snuggle down with a cup of tea in the afternoon, hibernating inside from the rain, we get our first word, Dada, Da Da Da closely followed by Dadddddyyyyy! I keep saying Mummy to him but he just can’t stop saying Daddy now, where has my little baby gone, he’s growing too fast. I love this time of year, crisp blue sky, snuggly jumpers, crunchy walks as the beautiful autumnal leaves begin to fall and cosy nights in with flickering candles. Although my skin and hair aren’t enjoying it as much, turning on the heating at home combined with the changing weather outside = dehydration.
There’s been so many unexpected elements to becoming a Mother, one of which has been losing my hair. Not all new Mums seem to experience this but shortly after having Jacob, no matter what I did my hair just kept falling out, great big clumps of it, handfuls and handfuls of hair. Whether I brush my hair, wash it, run my fingers through, its there on my pillow when I wake up in the morning, my hair seems to be everywhere except on my head where I want it to be!! I got my hair cut short and started treating it as kindly as possible and now after a few months my hair started to improve. The one product that’s truly helped is ESPA Pink Hair and Scalp Mud.
I trained as an ESPA therapist in the early 2000’s and have had a love affair with this product ever since. It’s like a spa treatment in a jar, a beautifully creamy nourishing hair mask that smells amazing. I treat my naturally dry, thirsty curly hair to this divine treat twice a week. I rub the mask into my dry hair and scalp at night, tie my hair up and sleep with the mask on, wash my hair as normal in the morning and its like magic! After use my hair feels nourished, looks shiny, silky smooth and most importantly healthy, taming my new fuzzy baby hair as it grows back. This product has not only helped my hair grow but also improved the condition. Relieves an itchy scalp and improves split ends too! I’ve tried many hair conditioners in the past but I honestly can’t find one that beats this product, I always come back to the Pink Hair and Scalp Mud, it’s my must have product to help with dry autumnal hair.
I know many women and men suffer from hair loss for many different reasons so I thought I’d share this product as it’s truly amazing and its helped me through a stressful situation.
